Regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall meet a minimum of quarterly (4 times per year)
or more often if the Board of Directors decides it is needed. The Board will determine the dates and times for future meetings during each monthly meeting.

Meetings are held in the conference room in the Admin Building 2080 Elliott Bridge Road, Bunnlevel, NC.

Monthly meetings are the third Tuesday of each Month at 1930 hrs.

Annual meetings are the third Tuesday in June at 2000 hrs.
